Due to family obligations our schedule is going to look a little different from APRIL 8th-MAY 20th. The schedule is available for viewing through the end of May in order to make it easier for you to plan ahead for the temporary changes.

BUSINESS HOURS: TCA is by appointment only. The schedule is posted regularly and will always show availability for the following 4 weeks.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment at least 12 hours in advance doesn’t just keep you from owing the full cost of the appointment, it also lets us open up that spot to someone else who may need it. You are responsible for the fees associated with any appointment you book under your account, please book appointments individually.

Return Visit - Acupuncture

These appointment slots are for RETURN PATIENTS ONLY. If you have received acupuncture at TCA pick this one. A $10 re-intake fee will be added to your appointment if it has been 3+ years since your last visit.

New Patient - Consult + Acupuncture

These appointment slots are for people who are NEW PATIENTS. If you are new to TCA pick this one.

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early & fill out your intake online before you arrive. A credit card is required to hold appointments.

Express Room Treatments

These appointment slots are for EXPRESS ROOM TREATMENTS. If you are a coming in to receive a cupping and/or ASP treatment in our Express Room, pick this one. These treatments do not include acupuncture in the community room.

Heidi McHardy L.Ac.

Tempe Community Acupuncture was founded in 2014 by Heidi McHardy, L.AC., Dipl. AC, AZ license 0886, with the goal of bringing affordable and accessible acupuncture to the East Valley. Heidi has a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture. She studied at both the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture. She is nationally board certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental medicine and fully licensed in the state of Arizona. She has also studied under several great mentors on a one on one basis for specialized training. Heidi utilizes a variety of gentle techniques that combine different systems in order to help restore health and alleviate pain. When she is not busy doing acupuncture she can be found outdoors, exploring, and hanging out with foster dogs.
